Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 24, 2020, Sabre Corporation provided the following key volume metrics update:

This remains an unprecedented time of disruption in global travel. The COVID-19 pandemic represents a massive challenge to the travel industry. In the first quarter of 2020, we experienced a rapid decline in our airline and hotel bookings, exacerbated by significant cancellations. The environment remains uncertain, with reductions in airline capacity and a volatile macro environment.

In April and May, our bookings remained severely depressed. We saw modest initial signs of recovery, but gross air bookings, passengers boarded and hotel central reservation system transactions remained down approximately 90% year-over-year. Our net air bookings in April and May remained negative due to cancellations.

In June month-to-date, we have seen continued modest indications of recovery. Month-to-date through June 22, 2020, gross air bookings and passengers boarded are down approximately 85% year-over-year. Gross hotel central reservation system transactions are down approximately 60% year-over-year. Month-to-date, we have generated positive net air bookings (including cancellations).

This modest improvement has been led by our largest region, North America, which has outpaced the other regions of the world, including Europe. This recovery has largely been led by leisure travel.

Given the magnitude and the uncertainty related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic effects, on March 20, 2020, Sabre withdrew its February 26, 2020 guidance and has not given further guidance at this time.
