Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 28, 2020, Sabre Corporation provided the following key volume metrics update:

This remains an unprecedented time of disruption in global travel. The COVID-19 pandemic represents a massive challenge to the travel industry. In the first quarter of 2020, we experienced a rapid decline in our airline and hotel bookings, exacerbated by significant cancellations. The environment remains uncertain, with reductions in airline capacity and a volatile macro environment.

In April and May month-to-date, our bookings have remained severely depressed. We have seen modest initial signs of recovery, but our gross air bookings remain down approximately 90% year-over-year. Our net air bookings in April and May month-to-date remain negative due to cancellations.

The year-over-year decline in our key volume metrics for the periods indicated is summarized in the chart below.

1Calendar shifted air bookings; work-day adjusted CRS transactions.

Given the magnitude and the uncertainty related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic effects, on March 20, 2020, Sabre withdrew its February 26, 2020 guidance and has not given further guidance at this time.
